Deposit Required
Step 1 - Fax CT Scan or MRI prescription (referral) toll free (866) 380-6337. Include patient's name and contact information.
Step 2 - MDI will send the prescription to the nearest imaging center to confirm the total price MRI $380-$480 or CT Scan $270-$370
Step 3 - Patient pays MDI an initial deposit of $25 for a full body CT Scan: $60 for an MRI; or $50 for a CT Scan.
Step 4 - MDI gives the patient contact information to make their appointment.
Step 5 - Patient pays the remainder of total price (minus the deposit) directly to the imaging center (i.e. $320 for an MRI or $220 for a CT Scan)

consumer protection service. Paypal protects consumers from credit
card fraud and identity theft. When consumers use PayPal to pay for online
purchases, online businesses
have NO access to credit card information. To protect consumer financial
information, MDI accepts MRI and CT Scan deposits via PayPal.
