Free Medication Program
(one-time $5 per medication processing fee required)THREE QUALIFICATIONS: (1) you must have a good relationship with your doctor; (2) you make less than $1,500 per month per individual and/or $2,000 per month per family, and (3) you have no insurance that covers your outpatient medications.
If you believe you qualify for free medications, then begin the application process by completing the short on-line form below and submitting a one-time $5 processing fee for EACH medication listed. Once we receive this form and processing fee, you will receive your request by return mail. Simply make copies of the enclosed yellow forms and/or applications and give the originals to your doctor for processing. In most cases, they are simple forms, and it will only take your doctor a few minutes to complete and submit. Once approved, the medications are sent to your doctor's office for him/her to dispense to you.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE...There is very little financial risk for using our service. Most medications are available within the free medication program. However, if a specific requested medication is not available through the free program, applicants will immediately receive a full $5 refund. If you are denied for a particular medication, your doctor will receive a denial letter. For each denial letter sent to us within 90-days, applicants will receive a $3 refund. If requested by the applicant, any refund can be used to enroll in one of our low cost International Rx programs with savings of up to 85%.
